Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Change Policy for Excursions Cancellations or Changes by the Client Cancellation Fee: A fee to cover administrative costs of booking and trip preparation. Applied per excursion according to notice period: 30 days or more before the trip date โ 15% retained 29 to 16 days before โ 30% retained 15 to 8 days before โ 50% retained 7 days before or less โ No refund Refunds: After deducting the cancellation fee, the remaining amount will be refunded via the same payment method used for purchase, within 14 calendar days from the contract termination date. Date Changes: May be requested up to 7 days before the trip, subject to availability. The first change is free of charge; subsequent changes are subject to an administration fee. After the first change, there will be no right to a refund. Cancellations or Changes by the Agency Regulatory Compliance: The agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an excursion due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen events, or failure to reach the minimum number of participants. Notification: Clients will be notified as soon as possible if a cancellation or change by the agency is necessary. Client Options: In accordance with applicable regulations, affected clients may reschedule at no extra cost or receive a full refund. Additional Information Any situation not covered by this policy will be resolved at the agencyโs discretion, always seeking client satisfaction and fairness for both parties. Currency: Euro (โฌ). Any purchase made in another currency will be converted to euro at the exchange rate on the contract termination date. Payment Card Fees: Card processing/administrative fees will be deducted from the refund.
