**Portuasviagens, Unipessoal, Lda Cancellation Policy**

This Cancellation Policy describes how Portuasviagens, Unipessoal, Lda, establishes the guidelines for Cancellation and Change of Excursions.

*Cancellation or change by the Customer:*

Cancellation Fee: A fee intended to cover the administrative and preparation costs already invested will be applied to each contracted tour, which will be canceled in accordance with the determined advance notice.

I.e:

30 or more days in advance of travel date - 15% retention
29 to 16 days in advance of the travel date - 30% retention
15 to 8 days in advance of travel date - 50% retention
7 days in advance - No refund

Refund: After deducting the cancellation fee, the remaining amount paid for the tour will be refunded to the customer using the same payment method used for the purchase within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of termination of the contract.

*Changes:*

Date changes can be made subject to availability up to 7 days in advance. Date changes can be made subject to availability, with the first change being free of charge. Subsequent changes are subject to an administration fee, check the value of each fee with your tour operator. However, after the first change, there will be no right to a refund.

*Cancellation or Changes by the Agency:*

Regulatory Compliance: The agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a tour due to adverse weather conditions, unforeseen events or failure to meet the minimum number of participants.
Notification: Customers will be notified as soon as possible if cancellation or change is necessary by the agency.
Options for Customers: Subject to applicable regulations, affected customers will have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.

*Additional Information:*

Any situation not covered by this policy will be resolved at the agency's discretion, always seeking customer satisfaction and justice for both parties.
The currency used is euros, any purchase that may have been made in another currency will be converted to euros at the exchange rate on the day the contract is terminated.
The payment card administrative fee will be deducted from the refunded amount
